Can I also exchange or return my product in the store?

You can exchange or return a product yourself in the store. For the address and contact details, click on Store Details on the store page. Don't have the time to go to the store yourself? Please contact our Helpdesk via [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app, our bicycle couriers will collect the product to be returned from you and bring it back to the store. Can I collect my order at the store?

Yes, at most stores you can also pick up your product yourself. You can choose pick-up or delivery on the check-out / payment page. The store's address and opening hours can be found on the store page under Store Details.

Can I order at multiple stores at once?

You can place orders at various stores on Peddler. It is currently not possible to pay for products from different stores at once. So you pay per store, including the costs for delivery between EUR 0.99 - 2.99 per order/payment. If you have placed multiple orders, we will bundle them as much as possible in 1 delivery moment, where possible.

Can I Track & Trace my order?

You will receive a Track & Trace link via email to track your order. With this link you can follow your delivery and our courier live. When you have added a mobile phone number to your account details, you will also receive an SMS with a Track & Trace link.

Do I need to register an account?

No, you can also place orders without registring an account. Of course it is always necessary to enter your delivery address and an email for receipts.

When will my order be delivered?

Your package will be delivered in the time slot you selected at check-out. You can follow the status of the delivery via the Track & Trace link that you will receive by email.

Which stores can I find on Peddler

On Peddler you will find all kinds of stores in your city, ranging from your favorite gift shop and your favorite patisserie to the best supermarket or liquor store. Whether you're looking for tasty macarons or vacuum cleaner bags, you'll get it with Peddler!

Why can I not see all the stores?

When you go to Peddler you can only see the stores in your area. When your region is set to Amsterdam, you can only see stores in Amsterdam. Curious about what other cities have to offer? You can easily change your location to another city to see the stores in that city.

Why hasn't my order been delivered?

If we cannot deliver an order because no one is present at the specified address, we will deliver your order to the neighbors, if possible. We will only deliver products such as food, frozen products and/or flowers to the neighbors if the products are in the right conditions and can be stored (in a refrigerator, freezer and/or vase with water). If the products cannot be delivered to the neighbors either, the products will be taken back and we will make a second delivery attempt at a later time. When the second delivery attempt fails, we will return the products to the store and contact you by phone and/or email.

Alcohol exception:
Since 1 July, the new Alcohol Act has come into effect with strict legislation on distance selling and delivery of alcohol. This means that we can only hand over a package to the person who placed the order and is able to show a valid ID. It is therefore not possible to deliver an order to the neighbors. If we have not been able to deliver an order, we will make a second delivery attempt the same or the next day ̦ at a later time.

Why is Peddler in Dutch?

The website or app automatically adopts the language settings of your device. If you want to change the language you can do this by selecting your language in the footer of the homepage.

Do you have an App?

The Peddler app is available via the Apple app store or on Google Play

Altenatively you can easily go to Peddler with your smartphone, tablet or computer to discover all the great stores in your city and order directly.

Do you have product X?

You can search for products using the search bar on Peddler. If you cannot find a product, we and/or the shop owner will be happy to help you. You can contact our Helpdesk at [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app. Do you have questions about a specific store? You can also contact the store directly. You can find the store's contact details at the top left of the store page under 'Store Details'

Do you offer contactless delivery?

If you want an order to be delivered contactless, you can state this at the check-out page in the delivery instructions. In this case, our courier will ring the bell, put the product in front of the door and keep a distance until the product is picked up by the recipient.
The general advice regarding the pandemic is being closely monitored. If necessary, Hygiene protocols are adapted to be able to provide a safe service at all times.

How can I change the language of the website?

If you want to change the language you can do this by selecting your language in the footer of the homepage.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly from stores in your city on Peddler. When placing your order you can select a suitable delivery time slot. The payment is directly received by the retailer via the Mollie portal.

How does payment work?

You can pay easily and securely via Ideal or Credit Card. Every store on Peddler uses a Mollie payment portal so that your payment goes safely and directly to the retailer.

I cannot login

1. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by clicking on Forgot your password on the login page? You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
2. Your username is always an email address. If you don't remember which email address you used to register your account with, you can click Register on the login page. Here you can create a new account. If your email address is recognized as already registered, you can go back to the login page, enter your email address and request a new password.

I have forgot my username/password.

I have not received (part of) my products.

If you want to exchange your product, you can contact the store directly to possibly choose an alternative product, such as a different size or color. We will then contact you to agree a time frame in which we will collect the product to be returned and deliver the new product.

I have not received my reset password email.

It is possible the email landed in your Spambox. If you can't find the mail in your Spambox either, please contact our Helpdesk at [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app, we are happy to help you there.

I have not yet received my refund.

Processing a refund can take 1-3 business days, depending on your payment method / bank. Have you not received anything after three days? Please contact our Helpdesk at [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app.

I selected the wrong delivery timeslot

No worries, that can happen! You can contact our Helpdesk at [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app. If you indicate your order number, email address and the correct time slot, this will be adjusted for you.

I want to return my order.

If you want to return a product, you can contact our Helpdesk via [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app. We will then ask the store to refund the amount paid. In addition, we will coordinate with you when we can collect the product from you. It is also possible to return the product in the store. In both cases, the amount paid will automatically be refunded to your payment account. Processing this can take a few 1-3 business days, depending on your payment method or bank.

I would like to send a gift, is that possible?

Yes, you can turn any product on Peddler into a gift! At the payment / checkout page you can leave a note for the store requesting gift wrapping and possibly a personal message. The store will be happy to sort this out for you!

Is it secure?

It is of the utmost importance to us to be able to offer all users of Peddler a secure service. Our customers can pay securely via the Mollie portal. This way the payment ends up directly with the retailer.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order amount depends on the store, but in general it is 5.00 EUR

My order has not been delivered in the stated timeslot

That's a pitty! It is possible that unexpectedly a delay has occurred with the delivery of your package. In that case you will receive an update by email or telephone about the adjusted delivery time. If you have any questions about this, you can contact our Helpdesk directly at [email protected] or via the Chat logo on our website or app to coordinate the delivery time.

The order status states it is delivered, but I haven't received anything yet.

If you are not at home, our courier will put a note through the mailbox to let you know to which neighbors your package has been delivered. Didn't receive a letter? Please contact our Helpdesk at [email protected] or via the chat logo on our website or app. If you leave your order number and email address, we will immediately check where your package has been delivered. Is there alcohol in your order? Then unfortunately we are not allowed to deliver it to the neighbors and we will try again later.

Until what time can I order?

You can order products from the stores on Peddler at any time of the day. Keep in mind that the delivery times depend on the opening hours of the store. See also What are the delivery times?

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs are between 0.99 - 2.99 EUR. Your package will be delivered the same day (or whenever you want) on sustainable, purple, electric cargo bikes

What are your delivery times?

Our delivery timeslots are daily between 10am-9pm. Pay attention; the delivery times depend partly on the opening hours of the store. When you place an order and the store is closed, you can select the first available time slot.

What happens to my order when I'm not at home?

If you are not at home at the chosen time slot, we will try to deliver the package to the neighbors. In that case, our couriers will always put a note through the mailbox stating to which neighbors your package has been delivered.
