Na een zorgvuldige selectie worden de druiven ontsteeld en daarna geperst. De wijn wordt gedurende 14 maanden in grote eiken vaten gerijpt. Stoere, donkere wijn, vol en ook wat tannines. Boordevol zwart fruit met aardse tonen.
