Deze lichtvoetige Anselmi San Vincenzo heeft aangenaam frisse fruitaroma's van meloen, perzik en abrikoos, en een zuivere en levendige smaak. In de afdronk heeft deze witte wijn een prettige bittertje met frisse zuren.
De wijngaarden liggen in de omgeving van Monteforte, in de buurt van het San Vincenzo altaar. De wijngaard waar de druiven op zijn aangeplant is 54 hectare groot en bevindt zich op hellingen van vulkanische ondergrond met kalksteen. De druiven worden vergist bij lage temperatuur (16 ° C), om deze wijn rijkdom en een krachtige smaak te geven.
