AperolHét ideale zomer- en terrasdrankje uit Noord-Italië! Maar ook het perfecte aperitief voor elke gelegenheid. Aperol wordt geserveerd in de mix met Prosecco en bruisend water. Beter bekend als Aperol Spritz. De Aperol Spritz-trend heeft wereldwijd heel wat landen veroverd en is ook populair in Nederland. Je maakt het eenvoudig: schenk 3 delen Prosecco, 2 delen Aperol en 1 deel bruiswater in een groot wijnglas met flink was ijs. Garneer met een schijfje sinaasappel en geniet van dit licht bittere en frisse drankje met maar 11% alcohol. De ingrediënten zijn onder andere zure sinaasappel, gentiaan, rabarber en cinchona.
