Young gun Tremayne Smith heeft het wijnmaken geleerd bij Mullineux, is nu wijnmaker bij Fable Mountain en maakt sinds 2014 wijn onder zijn eigen label The Blacksmith. De fles ziet er net zo extreem uit als hijzelf, maar de inhoud is beeldschoon en heel natuurlijk gemaakt. Heel licht robijnrood, rijpe rode vruchten en bramen, vol en zacht, een fijne minerale ondertoon en supergeconcentreerd. Lekker bij witvlees, varken of charcuterie.
