Product-info: Een traditioneel gestookte aan de lucht gegiste calvados van Toutain, die na de eerste rijping vier jaar op een Bordeaux-vat lag. De calvados heeft een diepe, warme kleur. Voor het alcoholpercentage kozen we 46,4%. De geur is fruitig en kruidig tegelijk, de appel is zeker aanwezig. Romig, een hint van Tarte Tartin met een randje eikenhout. De smaak is intens, warm, fruitig en kruidig. Vanille, appels, hout en een hintje peper. De finish is lang en warm, de appel blijft overeind en er komen tonen van oud leer en rijp fruit. Een mooie fruitige en stevige calvados!
