‘’Li Vecce’’ is de naam van de wijngaard, met een bodem van kiezelstenen en heel dun zand, ook wel ‘’poudinge niçois’’ genoemd, wat expressieve en geurige wijnen geeft. Gemaakt van 100% Rolle. De wijnstokken krijgen veel zon door hun zuid-oostelijke ligging en tegelijkertijd verkoeling van streekwinden Tramontane en Mistral. De wijn vergist op houten vaten en rijpt gedurende 12 maanden op de fijne lie (met bâtonnage), waar de wijn zijn romige textuur aan dankt. Elegante, volle maar ook frisse wijn met aroma’s van rijpe perzik, citrus en specerijen en een mooie mineraliteit. Heerlijk bij krab, kalfsvlees, visstoof.
