Deze Italiaanse RAW honing is op kamertemperatuur verwerkt, waardoor de samenstelling, kostbare eigenschappen en karakteristieke smaak behouden blijven. Mielbio Italiaanse boshoning is amberkleurig. Afkomstig van bloemen uit de ondergroei in het bos geven samen met de honingdauw van de Asiago-hoogvlakte een unieke smaak. Geschikt voor ontbijt of tussendoortje voor volwassenen en kinderen, op brood, in yoghurt of in melk.
