Paarsrood van kleur. In de neus aroma’s van rode en zwarte bessen en iets van bramen. In het smaakpalet tonen van rijp zwart fruit en een hint van vanille, die gepaard gaan met een fruitige afdronk met zachte tannines en de juiste zuren.vinificatie
De druiven worden handmatig geoogst, waarbij streng geselecteerd wordt. In de vinificatieruimte worden deze voorzichtig ontsteeld en krijgen ze een 4 dagen durende koude inweking voor meer kleur- en smaakextractie. Hierna volgt de alcoholische fermentatie met wilde (druifeigen) gisten in temperatuurgecontroleerde (26°C) roestvrijstalen tanks. 2 weken later volgt de persing en wordt de jonge wijn overgestoken op gebruikte Franse barriques voor de malolactische gisting en rijping. Na ongeveer 4 maanden wordt de wijn geassembleerd en na minimale filtering gebotteld. ‹›Related Products
