Champagne.
Als aanvulling op mijn Champagnes van Godart heb ik de Champagnes van Piot-Sévillano toegevoegd aan mijn collectie. Zij zijn sinds een aantal jaar overgestapt op volledige biologische productie en met name in de duurdere serie zijn hun wijnen zeer onderscheidend. De naam Interdite ontstond omdat ze de wijn eerst Elégance hadden genoemd, maar vanwege patenten moesten ze die naam wijzigen. Maar de wijn blijft natuurlijk zo elegant als ie was. Een deel van de Chardonnay druiven zijn op hout gerijpt, waardoor de Champagne een extra gelaagdheid krijgt. Een zeer expressieve wijn. Deze topcuvée van het domein komt in een prachtige geschenkverpakking.
Deze champagne is gemaakt van de druiven Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Meunier (40%) en Pinot Noir (10%).
