Deze Crémant de Loire Pureté de Silex van Clos de la Briderie heeft een prachtige lichtgele kleur met tonen van citrus, appel en witte perzik. En is ontzettend goed geschikt als aperitief of bij oesters en schaal- en schelpdieren.
Clos de la Briderie is een van de meest prestigieuze wijngaarden van het gebied. Vincent Girault, de maker van de Pureté de Silex werkt volledig biodynamisch en is Demeter gecertificeerd. De Crémant de Loire Pureté de Silex van Clos de la Briderie wordt gemaakt van chenin blanc (40%) en gelijke delen chardonnay, cabernet franc en cabernet sauvignon. Alleen het sap van de eerste persing wordt gebruikt. Na de eerste vergisting wordt de wijn geklaard en gebotteld en begint in maart de tweede gisting in de fles. De wijn rijpt minstens twee jaar op zijn lie. Het hele productieproces, van de wijngaard tot de fles, is biodynamisch.
