In Amsterdam-Noord zit Chateau Amsterdam met hun Urban Winery. Daar halen ze verse druiventrossen uit het buitenland, deze gaan op gekoeld transport naar Amsterdam-Noord. Eenmaal daar aangekomen worden de druiven gecontroleerd en verwerkt tot wijn.
