Voor deze chardonnay gebruikt ENATE de druiven van slechts één wijngaard, in het kadaster bekend als n° 234, vandaar de naam. De 234 is heerlijk fris, mineraal en met smaaksensaties van appel, perzik en exotisch fruit maar ook een hint van wilde venkel. Een wijn om jong te drinken.

Intens aromatisch, met nuances van appel, perzik, wilde venkel en exotische vruchten, ondersteund door een subtiele mineraliteit. In de mond is de wijn fris en complex, met mondvullend fruit en een lange, opwekkende en zuivere finale.vinificatie
De met de hand geplukte trossen worden ontsteeld. De druiven worden licht gekneusd en ingeweekt op de schillen gedurende 5 uren. Na het pneumatisch persen volgt een natuurlijke bezinking bij 10°C. De jonge, schone most wordt dan vergist in RVS tanks bij 15°C. Voor het bottelen ondergaat de jonge wijn een koude stabilisatie behandeling bij - 5°C ter bevordering van de aromatische zuiverheid. ‹›Related Products
