Zij is geproduceerd in een klein dorpje in het Westen van Ligurië. Gemaakt van Leccino-, Frantoio-, Peranzana- en Taggiasca-olijven. Smaakt in saladedressings geweldig samen met: Sherry-azijn (1 deel azijn op 2 delen olijfolie)
Ingrediënten: Extra olijfolie verkregen bij de eerste persing (95%) (Italië), zwartetruffelextract (1,2%) (Tuber melanosporum vitt.) (Italië), aroma.
