Een druif die al door de Romeinen werd geteeld. De druif lijkt de laatste jaren steeds meer aandacht te krijgen, dus hij is zeker het proberen waard. Een volle smaak van citrus en rijpe peren, die het natuurlijk goed doet bij het lokale topgerecht, Insalata Caprese.
