In heel Italie groeien, door het zonnige klimaat en de vruchtbare bodem, veel wilde vlierstruiken. De bloemen van de vlier, de geurige vlierbloesem, worden gebruikt voor deze likeur. De vlierbloesem wordt geoogst als ze het meest aromatisch is en naar Piemonte gebracht. De experts van het familiebedrijf Francoli vermengen hier de vlierbloesem met verse muntblaadjes, citroenschil en alcohol om deze heerlijke likeur te maken.
Proefnotitie: Fiorente Elderflower heeft een frisse kleur en is heerljik "bloemig", een perfecte balans voor het serveren met prosecco of in een cocktail.
