Een elegante, rijke en omhullende wijn van een meesterlijke Bordeaux-blend. Intens robijnrood en intens met tonen van specerijen van rood fruit, vanille en peper. De smaak is vol, rond en aanhoudend met zachte tannines en elegant.

BODEM: Rode klei rijk aan ijzerkleur
VINIFICATIE: De Merlot en Cabernet Sauvignon druiven worden apart gevinifieerd. Malolactische gisting en veroudering in hout. Dit gebeurt in Franse eikenhouten barriques 225 LT voor een periode van ongeveer 24 - 30 maanden. Daarna volgt een korte rijping in vaten vanaf 2500 Lt en een goede rijping op fles alvorens vrij te geven.
