‘Hautes’ betekent hier het hoogste stukje van de Cotes de Nuits, één van de beroemdste gebieden van de Bourgogne waar misschien wel de mooiste wijnen van de wereld worden gemaakt. Een klassieke chardonnay, boterzacht met aroma’s van honing, noten en rijp geel fruit met in de afdronk verfrissende zuren. Na de fermentatie in beton, rijpt de wijn in gebruikte eikenhouten vaten.
