COOPOAM FARMERS
The beans for this bar are sourced from the COOPOAM farmer cooperative in Brazil. The farmers grow and harvest their cacao beans in the Pará region along side the Xingu river. COOPOAM is part of the CEPOTX association that focuses on sustainable agriculture and reforestation in the Amazon. Through this cooperation all cacao is organic certified.
