Deze Il Bianco di Ciccio Tralcetto van Zaccagnini heeft subtiele aroma's en smaken die doen denken aan citrus, groene appel, peer en nectarine. Zeer geschikt als aperitief of bij gerechten met schaal- en schelpdieren.
In een klein dorp in de Abruzzen bevindt zich het wijnhuis Zaccagnini dat in 1978 opgebouwd door familie Zaccagnini. Op het moment bezitten ze 300 hectare wijngaarden die gedurende het hele jaar nauwkeurig worden onderhouden. De Bianco di Ciccio van Cantina Zaccagnini wordt gemaakt van 80% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo en 20% Chardonnay. De druiven worden direct geperst bij binnenkomst in de kelder en alleen het eerste gedeelte van het sap wordt gebruikt. De wijn rijpt enkele maanden in roestvrijstalen vaten en vervolgens in de fles.
