Deze voortreffelijke 12 jaar oude single malt heeft een fruitig karakter met perzik en peer, een zoete vanille laag en de hints van turf en rook van een karakteristieke Loch Lomond whisky. Rijping heeft plaatsgevonden in drie verschillende vatsoorten - een bourbon, een refill en een opnieuw gebrand vat.
Onder het waakzame oog van Master Distiller Michael Henry worden de whisky's uitgezocht en samengebracht en een perfect uitgebalanceerde single malt gemaakt.
Proefnotitie:Kleur: Amber.Neus: Groene appel, rijpe peer en frisse citroen, met op de achtergrond tonen van rijpe granen.Smaak: Boomgaardvruchten en citroen meringue. Het volle fruitige karakter van de peer gaat over in citroen, vanille merinque en een lichte koekjes zoetheid.Finish: Medium lang met lichte tonen van houtrook en aanhoudend aanwezige turf.
