Description
Deze wijn heeft een Intense rubi kleur, smaak van rode bessen en de aroma van hout en chocolade. Een goed gestructureerde wijn die de vergrijzing aan kan. Het moet worden uitgeserveerd bij 16 º C. De oogst vond plaats in de 4e week van september. Druiven werden met de hand geplukt in kleine plastic containers. Het was toen langzaam gerijpt in kleine inox tanks bij 25 º C gecontroleerde temperatuur gedurende 10 dagen. De wijn rijpte daarna in Franse en Amerikaanse eiken vaten gedurende 6 maanden. De wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Syrah, Trincadeira en Aragonez.
