Deze Pinot Grigio van kellerei Kurtatsch is een frisse, witte wijn met een rijk extract. Tonen van citrus en bloesem met zachte verpakte zuren. Heerlijk als aperitief en bij gerechten met garnalen, coquilles en stevige witvis en bij paddenstoelen.
Cantina/Kellerei Kurtatsch/Cortaccia is een van de oudste en kleinste coöperaties in Alto-Adige. Deze coöperatie heeft 190 leden en bezit in totaal 190 hectare wijngaarden. De stad Kurtatsch ligt ten zuiden van Bolzano en de wijngaarden liggen op 250-900 meter hoogte. De temperatuurverschillen tussen dag en nacht, in combinatie met porfier (vulkanisch gesteente) en leisteenbodem, verklaren de zuren en mineraliteit in deze wijn. De wijn rijpt 4 maanden in roestvrijstalen tanks op de lie waardoor het een intenser karakter krijgt.
