Here is 2019 with another pure Grolleau. The process starts with the selection of the best grapes from the harvest, we are looking for advanced maturity during the first passes through the vines. The fruit undergoes six and half weeks of maceration in whole clusters. Layered dark fruit; black cherry and blackberry cola. Effortless and light with lifting tingle on the palate. The finish is racy and herbaceous with some landmark animality. The more structured sister of Da Ponk, just as wild.
