GiniDeze goudgele dessertwijn heeft een smaak van perzik, honing en amandelen. Gemaakt van 100% garganega druiven, 35% aangetast door botrytis (edele rotting). De wijngaarden liggen in de Colle Rugate in Brognoligo di Monteforte d’Alpone, van oudsher vulkanische grond met veel mineralen. De druiven worden 6-7 maanden gedroogd, waarna de fermentatie begint in houten barriques. Daarna een lagering van 10-12 maanden op fles.
Heerlijk met een kaas als Gorgonzola, paté en vruchtentaarten. Mooie balans tussen zoet en zuur. Serveren op: 10-12°C.
