1x 1/24 Reypenaer in hersluitbare Kaas Bewaarzak
In het meer dan 100 jaar oude kaaspakhuis aan de Oude Rijn in Woerden rijpen de kazen in een bijzonder microklimaat met natuurlijke wisselingen van temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid. Nieuw! Deze hersluitbare kaas bewaarzak bevat 1 stuk 1/24 Reypenaer. Reypenaer 1 jaar wordt geproduceerd door een kleine kaasmakerij op traditionele wijze. Daarna wordt de kaas 1 jaar lang historisch gerijpt in het unieke microklimaat van ons oude pakhuis in Woerden met natuurlijke verschillen in temperatuur en vochtigheid. De intense smaak van de Reypenaer is smeuïg en zacht en blijft lang in de mond hangen.
Reypenaer is tijdens de prestigieuze International Cheese Awards in Nantwich maar liefst drie keer uitgeroepen tot beste Goudse kaas van Nederland (in 2005, 2007 en 2009).
