Focaccia is a oven-baked type of bread we make from our unique dough, naturally leavened, generously topped and baked to a soft and airy texture with a crunchy crust. You can use it as a snack, a pizza substitute, make a sandwich with it… We often use our focaccia as a base, and build on it with fresh or grilled veggies, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, feta cheese… the possibilities are limitless!

Depending on your choice of additional toppings, pair this focaccia with a crisp, dry and slightly acidic wine – a nice rose, a light red, we love it with a glass of chilled prosecco.
