Deze ambachtelijke rozemarijnhoning is een delicatesse afkomstig uit de zonovergoten heuvels van Spanje, waar bijen nectar verzamelen van bloeiende rozemarijnplanten. De honing heeft een lichte, gouden kleur en een verfijnde, aromatische smaak die doet denken aan mediterrane kruidenvelden.
Smaak
Zacht, mild en licht kruidig met subtiele bloemige tonen. Niet te zoet, met een elegante nasmaak die typisch is voor rozemarijn.
Textuur
Fijn en romig van structuur. Afhankelijk van temperatuur en seizoen kan de honing langzaam kristalliseren, wat een teken is van natuurlijke, onbewerkte kwaliteit.
Hoe te gebruiken
Perfect om te gebruiken als natuurlijke zoetstof in thee, over yoghurt of zachte kazen, in dressings of als smaakmaker in mediterrane gerechten. Ook heerlijk op een vers stuk brood of bij geroosterde noten.
