Salwey is een familiedomein in het Duitse Baden. Wijnmaker en derde generatie Konrad richt zich vooral op de Pinot familie, die hier burgunders genoemd worden. Konrad heeft een speciale passie voor pinot gris oftewel grauburgunder en dat is te proeven! Druiven worden handgeplukt en natuurlijk vergist in RVS. Heel zuivere neus met veel boomgaardfruit. In je mond vol en rijk met voldoende sappigheid en subtiel notige tonen. Heel breed inzetbaar, maar ook een fijn aperitief.
