De wijnkaart willen begrijpen in de horeca?
Nog geen eerdere wijncursus gevolgd?
Wij startten een laagdrempelige wijncursus; SDEN 2. Het is niet nodig om eerst SDEN 1 te halen. Het enige wat je nodig hebt is interesse in wijn.
Samen gaan wij verdeeld over vijf avonden je kennis op theoretisch vlak en in de praktijk vergroten. Dat betekent theorie behandelen, maar ook ongeveer 8 wijnen per avond proeven. In onze eigen sfeervolle wijnkelder in wijnwinkel Nan; Valeriusstraat 88 te Amsterdam.

- De smaak van wijn
- De smaak van druiven
- De druif en zijn omgeving
- Hoe te proeven
- Wijnen uit Zuid Frankrijk: Bordeaux, Languedoc-Roussillon en Rhône (inclusief proeven)
Avond 2
- Van druif tot wijn
- Wijnen uit Noord-Frankrijk: Bourgogne, Loire, Elzas en Champagne (inclusief proeven)
Avond 3
- Wetgeving (H6)
- Wijnen uit Spanje, Portugal (inclusief proeven)
Avond 4
- Wijn & spijs (H7)
- Wijnen uit Italië, Duitsland en Oostenrijk (inclusief proeven)
Avond 5
- Wijnen uit de Nieuwe Wereld (inclusief proeven)
Het is aan te raden om van tevoren de theorie te lezen, zodat we dit meteen kunnen bespreken aan het begin van de avond. Dan gaan we de theorie meteen proberen te toetsen tijdens het proeven.
