Deze wijngaarden op de grens van Saint Aubin en Chassagne-Montrachet liggen op 300 meter hoogte en vangen veel zon. De chardonnay rijpt hierdoor mooi en ontwikkelt expressieve geuren van exotische vruchten. De wijn heeft minstens een jaar op eiken vaten gelegen en is hierdoor mooi vol en boterig. De afdronk is lang, een waar genot! Een uitstekende partner van zeevruchten, vis en gevogelte.
