Description
Bijzondere combinatie van Italiaanse Vincotto - gemaakt van ingekookte Negroamaro en Malvasia druiven - met friszoete framboos. Sensationeel bij vis, vlees, kaas, carpaccio, fruitsalades en toetjes! Zonder kleur- of conserveermiddelen.De twee druivenrassen - de Negroamaro en de zwarte Malvasia - en de bereiding ervan, is wat deze Vincotto onderscheidt van balsamico. De druiven worden ingekookt tot één vijfde van het totale volume, waarna de siroop in eikenhouten fusten wordt gegoten, samen met de moederbacterie van de azijn. In vier jaar tijd ontwikkelt de azijn zich, zonder toevoegingen van kleurstoffen of conserveringsmiddelen, tot een Vincotto. Bij de Vincotto Vinegar Rasperry rijpen frambozen gedurende 6 maanden in een mix van Vincotto Originale en azijn. Bij balsamico azijn wordt de druivenmost niet ingekookt en kan men niet spreken van een bepaalde rijpingstijd aangezien oudere druivenmost gemengd wordt met jongere druivenmost.
Vincotto Vinegar Raspberry is perfect voor verschillende soorten gerechten. Over uw carpaccio, mozzarella of Parmigiano kaas zorgt de frambozen vincotto voor een fruitige toets. Geroosterde eendenborst of steak maar ook vis combineren uitstekend met deze overheerlijke friszoete Vincotto Vinegar Raspberry. Last but not least, is een fruitsalade van blauwe bessen, kiwi en ananas, voorzien van een sprenkje van deze frambozen vincotto, een tropische en overheerlijke verrassing. Dit geldt ook voor ijs en sorbets!
