Heerlijke witte wijn gemaakt op een oude Portugese traditie en familiegebruik. Deze vinha das servas branco word speciaal gemaakt voor ded betere restaurants in de Algarve en Lissabon regio. Omdat er uit de Alentejo niet erg veel witte wijnen komen is deze een genummerde! Speciale wijn dus. Een heerlijke groengele portugees, frisse smaak, sappige zuren, iets droog, lange afdronk. Mooie, redelijk diepe strokleur, flonkerend helder. Open neus, rozijnen, druivig, abrikozen en aards. Goed en zuiver bouquet. Rond, sappig en iets vettig op de tong. Aromatisch en kruidig, iets droog. Een redelijk stevige wijn die lang blijft hangen, met een klein bittertje welke het totale smaakpalet verrijkt. Goed gemaakte, uitgesproken en complete wijn. De wijn lijkt mij heel goed te combineren met witte vis en lichte kaassoorten.
