Deze genever combineert de specifieke kwaliteiten van drie verschillende granen.
De graan eau de vie (moutwijn) wordt gedistilleerd uit gelijke delen Rogge, Mais en Gemoute Gerst. De gemoute gerst zorgt voor de ruggengraat van de drank. De mais geeft daaraan een rijke zoetheid en de rogge kenmerkt de kruidige tonen. Het nieuwe distillaat wordt drie keer gedistilleerd in een kleine pot still. Dan wordt het distillaat gedeeltelijk een vierde keer gedistilleerd met zorgvuldig geselecteerde kruiden zoals jeneverbes, zoethoutwortel en anijszaad.
Pot still gedistilleerd uit: 1/3 Gemoute Gerst, 1/3 Rogge en 1/3 Mais.Botanicals: Jeneverbes, Zoethoutwortel en Anijszaad.Leeftijd: Minimaal 1 jaar.Vat type: 200 liter Virgin/Nieuw Amerikaans Eiken.Alcohol: 38,0%
