You have the right cancel your order up to 14-days AFTER your delivery date.
Please ensure that you notify us of any returns within this period. Any items returned without prior approval will be returned to you. You can send your item back within 14-days at your own expense, alternatively CONTACT US for a quote.
For a FULL refund any item returned MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED and should be RETURNED in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The returned item should include ALL accessories including instruction manuals, leads, remote controls, batteries, software discs and any other item sent with the product. (including any 'free' item that was part of a promotion)
Should ANY accessory supplied NOT be returned, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for the full amount/value of replacement item(s).Packing an item(s) in packaging not designed for the item(s) can result in damage to the item(s) for which we would need to make a charge, once we have assessed the damage.
We reserve the right to charge the sum of £50 if an item has been used.
Should you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us)
We will make the reimbusement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We allow 7-days to inspect your product after delivery to report any issue. In the unlikely event your product is damaged please CONTACT US immediately. If acceptable we can arrange a partial refund (amount to be agreed upon) if you are happy to keep the item. If this is not deemed acceptable we can also offer a full refund or a replacement.
Collections will be made by one of our approved carriers at our expense. The returned item should include ALL accessories including instruction manuals, leads, remote controls, batteries, software discs and any other item sent with the product.

The returned items must be returned in their original packaging or suitable alternatives. Our courier may refuse the collection if there is not appropriate packaging.

If your product develops a fault within the first 30-days please CONTACT US, we will then be able to offer a refund or replacement. If a fault develops outside the first 30-days, rest assured, most of our products have a minimum of 12-months warranty.
In the unlikely event your product develops a fault simply CONTACT US, we can arrange for your faulty goods to be inspected by an approved engineer. Firstly we will attempt to repair the product, if this is not feasible we will then offer a suitable replacement.
Should you report a fault to us at any time during the manufacturers warranty period (even within the first 30-days) and request a return, replacement or any other rejection of the product and we are unable to ascertain if there is a fault with the item, we reserve the right to ask that an engineer call to determine the nature of the 'fault'

To offer you the best possible service, as well as using our own fleet of vehicles, we work very closely with specialist 2-man carriers, parcel carriers and a separate carrier to Scotland.
Many of our items can be delivered within 1-5 working days of ordering and most domestic appliances are delivered within 10 working days of ordering.
All our deliveries are to a UK mainland address. Please contact our sales team for further information.
Please note that we CAN NOT offer an installation or connection service. For purchases of large domestic appliances that require installation/connection to mains electricity or gas, such as Cookers, Ovens and Hobs we recommend that you contact a local authorised and registered electrician or gas fitter. For American Style Fridge Freezers you may also require the services of a good plumber.
All small appliances and items such as Blu-Ray players and televisions up to and including 40inch televisions fall into our schedule 1 deliveries.
All items are delivered within 1-5 working days, and currently ALL our deliveries are FREE.
Any Television over 40inch and all home appliances such as Washing Machines, Dishwashers and Fridge Freezers up to 180cm tall fall into our schedule 2 deliveries.
We deliver to most postcode areas once a week, excluding selected Scottish postcodes* - see below, and currently ALL our deliveries are FREE, except the selected Scottish postcodes areas*
Please be aware that our deliveries for these products are to the door step only, we are unable to deliver these items up flights of stairs, if you require a 2-man delivery this is selectable at the basket stage at an additional cost. If the 2-Man service is selected this would fall into a schedule 3 delivery.
Our schedule 2 deliveries are between 7am and 7pm, we provide the drivers details, via email, to enable you to contact the driver on the day of delivery.
All Large appliances such as American Style Fridge Freezers, Range Cookers and Fridge Freezers over 180cm tall.
These products will be delivered within 10 working days of ordering, our courier company will be in touch to advise of a delivery day and are also able to provide an AM or PM delivery.
*Selected Scottish Postcodes:
The Selected Scottish postcode areas are the following postcodes, IV, KW, AB, PH, KY, DD, FK8 and above, PA10 and above. Charges for these deliveries are £39.99 inc VAT.
All items require a signature on receipt. Any instructions to "leave safe" are at the purchasers risk and we CAN NOT be responsible for items that are left after such requests.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver all items within the time scale given at the time of sale, where we are reliant on third-party carriers we can not be held liable for any delay and/or loss caused.
Whilst our drivers make every effort to ensure that a delivery will be made safely, we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage caused to a property or its furnishings.
Customers should be aware that white and brown goods can be very heavy and if they have delicate/clean/new surfaces they should ensure that some action is taken to prevent damage to the area.
Any items that could cause an obstruction should be moved to a safe location. Any uneven surfaces or access issues into the property should also be reported prior to delivery
Please note that a £30.00 re-delivery charge may be applied if our courier/delivery driver attempts to make a delivery to your address and no one is home. If delivery has to be re-arranged it must be done by contacting our call centre on 0844 225 9174 before 5.00pm on the day before expected delivery
All items and delivery times are subject to stock availability and delivery to a UK mainland address.
Fraud Prevention & Security
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible. We have additional procedures in place to ensure our customers are protected from on-line fraud. You may, therefore, be contacted before your delivery date so that these checks can be fully carried out. We may place orders temporarily on hold if we are not able to reach you so please ensure suitable telephone number(s) are provided.
Please also note we can only process orders with payments cards that are registered in the UK. Any orders placed with a Non-UK payment card with automatically be cancelled.
