    • Making Pasta with the new Philips Pasta and noodle maker VIVA Collection compact HR2342 How to clean

Philips pasta and noodle maker VIVA collection HR2342/06
    From: $275.00
    • 5 out of 5
The @Philips pasta and noodle maker VIVA collection HR2342/06 is an amazing compact little unit that makes pasta and noodles fun and easy. Just add flour, egg (optional) water and with a press of a button, you have fresh pasta/noodles within minutes. It even ensure it minimize wastage by converting most of the dough.
Cleaning Is a breeze if you let the dough to dry and then remove them in chuck before giving the unit a quick wash.
The unit is compact and does not take much bench space. Been very happy with it and the kids have been more involved in the kitchen. One problem is it has limited extruding discs compared to other Philips pasta maker models.
The kids also have so much fun and are more involved in the kitchen. Fresh pasta is just amazing!
If you want to see the unit in action, please check the video below.

Kenwood kMix hand blender with attachments HDX758BK
    From: $120.00
    • 4 out of 5
The @Kenwood kMix hand blender with attachments HDX758BK is an amazing nicely built hand blender. it Is very easy to use, to clean and it comes with a convenient storage base. It saves me lots of time in the kitchen to easily chop ingredients, blend soup and makes mash etc. My daughter regularly makes pancakes in just 2 minutes in the provided jug,yes it is that easy.
It does have its limitation as it does not deal well with big quantities of heavy ingredients such a dough or mincing of meat.
Overall happy with it as it saves me time in the kitchen almost daily.

The Philips HD 9220 air fryer has been an amazing way to 'fry' foods without using any oil. The items you want to be crispy come out perfect.

I had this coffee maker for the past few months and we love it. We drink a lot of coffee between me and my wife, the capsule coffee pod machines we had was great but expensice and not very enviroment friendly. Switiching to bean to cup has changed our coffee exerience greatly, nothing beats the fresh grinded coffee in the morning, busy work day, after work.....anytime :)
It is easy to use and once all set up all you need is to press a button and coffee comes out ..... maintance include topping up with beans, empty the compressed coffee waste (to my garden plants) and cleaning the press once a month with a hoover.
The only negative I have with the ESAM4200 is that the water tank is on the small size. Everytime it power up and power down it will use a little water to self clean, it is a good thing as it will keep it hygene and avodi clog etc but the tank could be a tad bigger given the size of the machine is already big.
It looks good on the counter top but a bit bulky

The Ninja Multi Cooker is our new favourite cooking pot in the kitchen. It is stylish to look at and very easy to use, perfect for roast dinner and making Chinese soup.
The coated pot is easy to wash, even burnt BBQ sauce comes off with a simple wipe. Cooking under pressure cut down cooking times significantly and it locks in all the favour. The air crisping function works a treat with Yorkshire pudding, french fries and ribs. Everything turns out golden brown and not oily like a deep fryer. No mess as everything is contained within the pot.
Roast chicken under 20 minutes! BBQ ribs under 15 minutes with fall off the bones tender meat!
I strongly recommend to get the large size, it will be worth it.

    KITCHENAID 5KCF0103 Artisan Cook Processor

Purchased the KACP at released and paid ~ AUD$2,000. At start, recipe app was buggy. KitchenAid has improved this.Customer Service is good. I received new lid.

The food processor bowl is amazing. Grate/slice vegetables and cheese with same unit. The KACP helps to quickly and easily prep, set and walk away dishes = more time.
The KACP has a big bowl = great for bulk cooking, high temperature, caramelise, stir assist without mashing the food and dough blade for pizza/bread.
The steamer is of good size. Most parts are dishwasher safe. At high speed, the can get noisy.

Pros: Lot of accessories, great for steaming, bulk cooking, Set and leave (save time), Good Service.Cons: Expensive but price has dropped, bulky, Recipe App is buggy, Noisy at high speed

Would only buy again if the price is under AUD$1k and includes the food processor.

This is a brilliant bread maker. We use it four or five times a week and it makes lovely fresh bread with very little effort. We have had it for over 10 months now. We mainly use it for bread rolls, making the dough, shaping it and then baking in the oven. It makes great loaves, pizza dough, naan bread and many more tasty treats. It is very easy to use, comes with a recipe book, a set of comprehensive instructions a measuring spoon and beaker. You need a decent set of scales for the flour and butter etc.. My old machine was a Panasonic and still works after many years of use. We decided to upgrade as it was looking a little old! We love this product and the smell of freah bread baking is a real pleasure too. A great product!

This is a very good product which allows you to prepare and enjoy coffee house quality beverages at a fraction of the cost. The unit is designed so it is easy to use. The directions are pretty straight-forward and once you understand how the three pod sizes work (depending on your beverage) you will be transformed into a top barista. #Foodies

    Premium Airfryer XXL

Since having the @Premium Airfryer XXL, we have reduced the use of our oven. The size is just great for our family of 4 (2 young children) And can accomodate a whole chicken up to 1.4kg.It is also very easy to clean as the basket can be removed and pop into the dishwasher. It cooks faster and reheating leftover pizza, fish and chips etc are amazing. This Airfryer is one of the most used kitchen appliances in the house. The coffee machine still holds top spot 😀.

Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link Smart Air Purifier
    From: $653.07
    • 4 out of 5
    • Super helpful
I suffer from severe hay fever. A year ago, I replaced my air purifier with @Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link Smart Air Purifier. It is an expensive 3in1 unit (heater, fan and purifier). I like the sleek look and space saving 3in1. Dyson has improved the wifi, app and programmable modes. I set it up to turn on 10 mins before my alarm goes on, 1 hour before I get home to purifier the air and turn off 1 hour after I am in bed. it can also be controlled with Alexa/Google/HomeKit.
It has auto monitoring & automatically turn on to purity the air when needed. This alone has improved my sleep.
The heater does a great job but the fan will not keep you cool in really hot days. I run the Dyson 15 mins to 2 hrs max at a time, to manage the electricity bill. The active monitoring gets quite noisy but I do not have it on at all times.
Apart from the cost of the unit, I have not had any issue so far and I have recently purchased another 2 units for the kids' room.

Sage The Quick Touch Crisp Microwave
    From: $467.06
    • 4 out of 5
Been using the @Sage The Quick Touch Crisp Microwave for a couple of years now and love the shiny stylish look of the unit. The large LCD panel with the blue lights provide all the required information and makes the microwave looks futuristic.
The Door Handle makes opening and closing so much easier. There are plenty of present program with the 2 most use at our place is for pop corn and to soften butter. The dials also make adjusting time and power a breeze. Child lock was a bonus but no longer needed.
The only problem I had was with the first unit, the light blew up after a week. The unit was also extremely noisy, Customer service at Breville/Sage organised for a replacement and I had not had any issue since with the newer model.

    Sage Citrus Press Pro
    From: $265.59
    • 4 out of 5
We love a fresh glass of organe juice most days (family of 4). Three oranges generally make a full glass - About 12 oranges at a time or more when we have guests over. The manual plastic was too labour intensive and took too long. The centrifugal juicer did not taste the same as freshly press juice.
I saw the @Sage Citrus Press Pro and liked the solid feel and look of it. It is easy to use and cleaning is a breeze.
The only problem to date is that the handle press mechanism was stuck and not moving properly. A screw came loose but was easily fix.
+ves: Solid feel and cool design (Look great kitchen bench). Easy to use and will extract all the juice out. can manage various citrus fruits without having to change any parts (lime, lemon, orange, blood orange etc). The adjustable spout to avoid over spill. The citrus juice taste better than using centrifugal juicer without the need to peel the fruits.-ves: Expensive, heavy and bulky. Loose screw

My mom had one growing up, and now I have one — the @KITCHENAID Artisan Stand Mixer is as reliable as ever. Well worth the money, especially in the elbow grease you save not having to whip egg whites by hand. Recommended to anyone who bakes with any kind of regularity. I use it a few times a month, sometimes less, and still find it worth the price tag. I have it in red (matches everything else in my kitchen 😉) #Foodies

We got this Jura X8 coffee machine for an office full of coffee fanatics. We needed something hardworking as it gets a LOT of use and needs to make a cup quick enough to avoid a kitchen backlog! This one goes above and beyond, you can set which type of coffee you want, on a digital screen using the buttons on the front of the machine, and it has a milk frother function that you can actually use without much fuss. Quality of coffee it makes is spot on. #Foodies

Hey fellow Foodies! I am looking for a coffee machine, does anyone have a recommendation? The quality of the beverage is especially important to me. Thus, I would like to buy a machine which makes Barista style coffee (or as close to it as possible), without breaking the bank. #Foodies

Hi Luisa! @Melitta Caffeo Solo Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine is a great machine for not too many bucks, with a good deal here now!. Doesnt have an integrated milk frother tho.. So if you are a cappuccino lover you need to buy an additional frother (35-40 pounds extra). Hope that helps! 😀
