Can I use your deliver anything service without a store on Peddler?

Deliver Anything is available to consumers as well as retailers. All you need to use our courier service is signup to Peddler. Add your pickup & delivery details here and our riders will provide a safe, rapid and sustained delivery.

I don't have an online store. How do you upload my products?

For every store type Peddler provides a solution. Whether you own a bakery or a supermarket with thousands of different SKU's. A barcode, picture and price is often enough to upload your entire inventory. The onboarding team will guide you through a couple of simple steps to get your products only as quickly and easily as possible.

I have a changing inventory, how does this work on Peddler?

We offer integrations with most point-of-sale systems and online stores so we can keep you inventory up-to-date on the fly. Should you ever require to adjust stock its only a few clicks to manage your products on your Peddler store. If you don't have a POS or webshop, don't worry we have a handy scanning tool for you to upload your inventory.

My product stock continuesly changes, how does Peddler manage this?

Peddler integrates and synchronises with your point-of-sale or online store, this way we ensure that your stock is kept up-to-date at all times. In addition we have made inventory management a peace of cake for any store owner.

How often are the items in my Peddler store synchronized?

By default, Peddler synchronizes your investory four times a day. The number of daily synchronizations depend on your product updates. For each type of store Peddler adjusts synchronizations to ensure that your inventory in the Peddler store is kept up to date.

Are there any connection fees to get my store on Peddler?

No, registering and connecting your store is completely free. We made setting up a store a breeze, and you are assisted every step of the way by our friendly onboarding team.

What are the costs associated with deliver anything?

When using Deliver Anything the cost is covered by the sending party. Delivery rates can be found here. If you have a store on Peddler, you get access to a reduced custom delivery rates. In addition to a reduced rate you can pay on account, by invoice.

I already own an online store, won't I be my own competitor?

In your existing online store you service your existing customers, targetting new customers can infrequent or very costly. However your Peddler store connects you to a brand new loyal customer base. Providing access to customers in geographies who may have not been able to find you before. In addition you get to piggy back on our offline and online marketing campaigns providing you and your neighbouring retailers unprecidented visiblity.

I manage my own online store, does this mean I have to keep stock updated on two platforms?

You can readily integrate your existing online store with Peddler, therefor maintaining only one store. Your latest inventory, stock and store information is synchronised automagically. This way you can focus on what you love most; your store!

I only want to sell selected products on Peddler, can I?

Absolutely, you can limit the number of products sold through Peddler. You can even decide from your point-of-sale or existing online store which products to include and exclude, and apply automated rules for any future updates.

I have a Shopify store OR point of sale, can I connect to Peddler?

We seemlessly connect with Shopify. Within just a few minutes your entire inventory and category tree is synchronised. Stock management is hassle free, as all information is continuesly updated. As a result, you only have to manage your current shopify environment.

I have a WooCommerce store, can I connect to Peddler?

I have a Ecwid store, can I connect to Peddler?

I have a MyOnlineStore webstore, can I connect to Peddler?

I have a Presta Shop webstore, can I connect to Peddler?

In terms of stock management, it also helps enormously because your stock is immediately taken over and synchronized per day from your Online store. This means you only have to keep track of stock in one place.

My webshop works with Shoptrader, do you have a link with this?

How do I receive payments from customers?

You receive payment directly to your own account. Our payment provider Mollie manages a secure payment between buyer and seller (your store). So you full keep control and can manage your own funds.
