Vitamine D3 in druppelvorm, eenvoudig te doseren

AOV 408 Vitamine D3 Druppels bevat 10mcg vitamine D3 per druppel. Vitamine D wordt in de huid aangemaakt onder invloed van zonlicht. Daarom is buiten spelen voor kinderen belangrijk. Vitamine D speelt een rol bij verschillende lichaamsprocessen. Bijvoorbeeld door de stimulatie van kalkopname in de botten. Vitamine D heeft een positieve invloed op het immuunsysteem en draagt zo bij aan de weerstand.
Over het algemeen is de hoeveelheid vitamine D die men met de voeding en via het zonlicht binnenkrijgt te weinig. 408 Vitamine D3 druppels van AOV is eenvoudig te doseren en in te nemen. Het kan ook goed door de maaltijd (yoghurt, kwark) gemengd worden.

1x daags 4 druppels tijdens of direct na een maaltijd innemen, tenzij anders geadviseerd. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
