Boegem Balsem is een medisch hulpmiddel en wordt toegepast als eerste hulp behandeling van de verbrande huid (bijvoorbeeld door hete vloeistoffen of voorwerpen, zonverbranding of bestraling), die gesloten is. Tevens verzorgt Boegem Balsem de ruwe, droge schrale of geïrriteerde huid.

Samenstelling
SESAMUM INDICUM (sesamolie), Heliathus annuus (zonnebloemolie), Petrolatum (vaseline album)
Gebruik
Eerste hulp behandeling van de verbrande huid (bijv. door hete vloeistoffen of voorwerpen, zon of bestraling), die gesloten is. De balsem dient zo spoedig mogelijk in een dikke laag aangebracht en verdeeld te worden met de spatel. Een andere mogelijkheid is de balsem met de spatel gelijkmatig te verdelen over een verbandgaas en het gaas daarna op de huid aan te brengen.Als de balsem vloeibaar wordt dient u opnieuw balsem aan te brengen, totdat die niet meer vloeibaar wordt. De balsem dient niet te worden ingewreven, omdat door het inwrijven de kwetsbare huid kan worden beschadigd.
Waarschuwing
Wanneer u overgevoelig bent voor een van de bestanddelen dan dient u dit product niet te gebruiken.Zoek bij ernstige brandwonden zo snel mogelijk medische hulp.
