Original Kanne Bio Brottrunk® - wordt al meer dan 35 jaar gemaakt volgens origineel recept! Er wordt speciaal brood gebakken van biologisch graan, eigen natuurlijke zuurdesem en bronwater, dat vervolgens maandenlang wordt gefermenteerd. Na fermentatie blijft een melkzure drank over met een hoog gehalte aan levende melkzuurbacteriën. De smaak van Kanne Brottrunk is enigszins zuur. Het is mogelijk om het te verdunnen met water of te vermengen met bijvoorbeeld vruchtensap. Naast melkzuurbacteriën bevat brooddrank ook een hoge dosis aminozuren, enzymen en mineralen. Een glas van 300 ml brooddrank levert bovendien 126% van de aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid (ADH) vitamine B12.
