Deze biologische rode wijn met een alcoholpercentage van 12,5 % is gemaakt van 100 % Cabernet Suavignon druiven uit het zuiden van Frankrijk tussen Carcassonne en Nimes en smaakt vol en rond met kruidige nuances van zoethout en peper. Sterke aanwezigheid van tanines maar uitstekend in balans.De heerlijke wijnen van La Marouette worden gemaakt door Jacques Frelin in de Languedoc. De Fransman is al vele jaren actief in de biologische wijnbouw en heeft meegeschreven aan de huidige Europese wetgeving voor biologische wijnbouw. De Languedoc in het zuiden van Frankrijk is een regio die zeer geschikt is voor biologische wijnbouw. Mede door de warme en droge zomers krijgen eventuele ziektes minder kans om zich te ontwikkelen en krijgen de druiven de tijd om optimaal te rijpen.
Gebruiker Tips: Deze wijn kan gelijk gedronken worden. Bewaartijd 2-3 jaar.
Suggesties: Serveer deze wijn op 18-20° C. Heerlijk bij BBQ, pastagerechten, Aziatische gerechten, gegrild vlees, diverse kazen en pure chocolade.
