Spannende Rose blend
Een licht roze kleurige wijn, zeer rijk aroma, met de nadruk op vers fruit, aardbei, framboos, samen met tonen van zoet snoep. De aromatische intensiteit is in harmonie met zijn perfectie zuurgraad, resulterend in levendigheid, frisheid en doorzetting vermogen. Is gemaakt van de druiven Syrah en Touriga Nacional en heeft 13% alcohol
Lekker bij
Smaak: ook in de smaak is het veel frisheid. Dat zou de Syrah kunnen zijn met zijn hoge zuurgraad. De combinatie Touriga Nacional en Syrah is subliem. De Syrah voor de frisse tonen met bessen en de Touriga Nacional voor de body en het zwarte fruit. De fruittonen die ik eruit haal zijn bessen, kersen, frambozen en een vleugje braam. Een mooie combi. Heerlijk voor in de zon op het terras en bij visspecialiteiten
Casal Branco
Casal Branco, gesitueerd aan de linkeroever van de Taag, bestaat al meer dan 200 jaar. sinds 1775. Het landgoed strekt zich uit over 1100 hectare. Hiervan is 119 hectare bezet door wijnstokken op heidegrond. Het begin van de 20e eeuw is gekenmerkt door het planten van nieuwe druivenrassen , modernisering en uitbreiding van de wijnmakerij en andere infrastructuren. Van druif tot fles, elke productiefase is zorgvuldig bewaakt door een team dat zich inzet om wijnen te produceren met een uniek karakter. Wijnmaker: Joanna Lopes.
