Bijzonder lekker op een kaasplateau. Gaat goed samen met een hoprijk (bitter) bier, een toast van roggebrood en knapperige, ietwat zure groene groenten of een slaatje. Ook met citrusvruchten en in boter geroosterde walnoten toont deze kaas zich van zijn beste kant.
