In een kleine fles (250 ml).De gebroeders Parra (Francisco, Javier en Luis) produceren sinds 1993 met hun Spaanse wijnhuis Bodegas Parra Jimenez heerlijke wijnen, zoals deze biodynamische Chardonnay.De Parra familie woont al generaties lang in de regio La Mancha. ‘Parra’ betekent overigens (wijn)stok in het Spaans. Vroeger verwees iemands naam naar het beroep. Dus het verhaal gaat dat hun verre voorouders al een wijngaard hadden. Hun wijnen zijn in elk geval een ode aan èchte Spaanse wijn.
Gebruiker Tips: Serveer deze wijn op een temperatuur van ongeveer 12°C.
Suggesties: Past goed bij salades met ingredienten als pompoen, zachte kaas en noten.
