Met de inkomsten van deze biologische cacao kunnen de Awajun indianen in hun levensonderhoud voorzien en zijn zij niet genoodzaakt geld te verdienen door hout te verkopen of te kappen voor landbouw en veeteelt. Hiermee draagt deze reep bij aan het behoud van het tropisch regenwoud en de ontwikkeling van duurzame teelt van cacao.
De ‘Awajun reep’ melk bevat 52% cacaobonen, 14% melkpoeder en 24% suiker.Alle ingredienten zijn van biologische teelt afkomstig. De reep weegt 90 gram en is verpakt in vetvrij papier bedrukt met bio-inkt.Deze chocolade is een versproduct. De reep is ruim een half jaar houdbaar maar wij adviseren de reep binnen 3 maanden op te eten. Simpelweg omdat de smaak dan beter is.Deze chocolade bevat gegarandeerd geen (sporen van) pinda’s of noten.Related Products
