Fermented Tomato salsa is a great source of fibre, vitamin C and lactic acid bacteria

Good to know:

All of the varieties are not as sour as the pickles in the supermarket but with a wild funky fermented taste and rich in lactobacilli* (the bacteria that support your gut).
