Voorbereiding en gebruik:
Hoe bakpoeder te gebruiken Gebruik bakpoeder volgens uw recept. Gebruik voor recepten waarin baking soda wordt gevraagd FREE Bicarbonate of Soda. Om zelfrijzend bakmeel te maken, meet je 100 g FREEE gewone witte bloem, voeg 2 tl FREEE bakpoeder toe, roer en zeef in een andere kom.
Opmerking:
Bakpoeder wordt gebruikt om veel gebakken producten te laten rijzen, door een zure en alkalische reactie die plaatsvindt wanneer het wordt gecombineerd met vloeistof en warmte, waardoor luchtbellen ontstaan en tijdens het bakken omhoog komen. De actieve ingrediënten in FREEE Bakpoeder zijn monocalciumfosfaat dat zuur is en natriumbicarbonaat dat alkalisch is. Als er te veel bakpoeder wordt gebruikt, kunnen gebakken producten zeepachtig smaken.
