Malbec, actually Côt, King of Cahors, is completely stripped of additives, sulfites, oak and anything that can mask its dynamic character.
Haut(e) Cot(e) de Fruit made by Fabien Jouves is the purest expression of Cahors terroir.
Deep purple color and impressive overwhelming aromas of red and black fruits accompanied by notes of spices and tobacco.
Fresh and juicy mouth with medium body, crisp acidity and velvety tannins. Black- and blueberry, red cherry, a hint of black tea, lavender, black pepper and chocolate compose a unique set of flavours.
