Biologische rauwmelkse geitenkefir van de Bonte Weide is een krachtige zuiveldrank met een rijke hoeveelheid voedingsstoffen. De geitenkefir word gemaakt op de geitenboerderij De Bonte Weide. De Bonte Weide is gevestigd in Stolwijk, in het hart van het Groene Hart. De geitenkefir is gemaakt van rauwe, niet gehomogeniseerde geitenmelkmelk, dit heeft grote voordelen ten opzichte van bewerkte melk. De melk wordt niet verhit en is dus niet gepasteuriseerd. Hierdoor blijven de voedingsstoffen die van nature voorkomen in de geitenmelk behouden. Door het fermentatieproces wordt de rauwe biologische geitenmelk verrijkt met kefircultuur tot probiotica. Geitenmelk is lichter verteerbaar vanwege de samenstelling van bijvoorbeeld de eiwit- en vetdeeltjes. Zo zijn de vetbolletjes in geitenmelk veel kleiner dan van koemelk, waardoor zij beter verteren.
