Ghee is een hele zuivere vorm van geklaarde boter. Een vet voor bakken, braden en frituren.Te gebruiken in plaats van olie. Belangrijkste mooie eigenschap van ghee: een enorm hoge verbrandingstemperatuur (250 graden). Wel de rijke smaak van roomboter, geen verbrandend vet.Ghee Easy is een klein bedrijf wat wordt gerund door drie vrienden in Bunnik. Zij werken voor het maken van de ghee met biologische boter van boerderij Weerribben Zuivel.
Gebruiker Tips: Ten minste houdbaar tot op de verpakking vermelde datum. Ghee is ook na openen buiten de koeling houdbaar. Donker bewaren.
Suggesties: Ghee is te gebruiken in de plaats van olie. Perfect voor het heet aanzetten van vlees, het wokken van groente of het bakken van pannenkoeken. Of, ook superlekker, in ghee geroosterde aardappeltjes uit de oven.
